The ideal candidate will have a knack for identifying compelling moments within podcasts, founder interviews, and client conversations, and editing them into vertical, captioned videos (60-90 seconds) that capture attention. This role offers a clear path for growth and increased compensation based on performance and the reach of the clips produced. Responsibilities
Clip podcast, founder interview, and client conversation content into short-form video (60-90 sec, vertical, captioned).
Identify the narrative beat, story arc, or one-liner that travels.
Add captions, lower-third graphics, and brand-consistent intro/outro per TWF brand standards.
Deliver clips at an agreed cadence (starting with 2-4 per week, scaling up).
Coordinate with the Social Media Manager on publication scheduling.
Track view performance and iterate on what works.
Requirements
1-5 years editing short-form video (TikTok, Reels, YouTube Shorts).
Comfortable in CapCut, DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Premiere, or equivalent.
Sharp narrative editing instinct - ability to spot the moment that travels.
Caption fluency and design awareness.
Self-directed and deadline-disciplined.
Strong taste in pacing and tone.
Must be comfortable with a performance-based compensation structure, not guaranteed monthly retainers.
