<strong>About This Opportunity<br><br></strong>We're working with a leading foundational AI lab to find experienced portfolio managers who can help train their latest language model on professional document, spreheet, and slide deck tasks.<br><br>We're looking for portfolio managers with 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives to create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents, spreheets, and slide decks across core workflows: program charter and scope documents, raid logs, resource capacity planning spreheets, steering committee status decks, milestone and dependency tracking spreheets, and stage-gate review packets.<br><br><strong>Compensation:</strong> $70/hour<br><br><strong>Commitment:</strong> Flexible, 5-20 hours per week (or more if desired)<br><br><strong>Location:</strong> Fully remote, work on your own schedule<br><br><strong>Start date:</strong> ASAP<br><br><strong>Qualifications<br><br></strong><ul><li> 5+ years running enterprise programs, PMOs, or cross-functional implementation initiatives with direct ownership of program charters, raid logs, and steering committee reporting</li><li> Fluency building resource capacity planning spreheets and milestone tracking spreheets that hold up under executive and stakeholder scrutiny</li><li> Expert-level document, spreheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication and attention to detail<br><br></li></ul><strong>About Ethos<br><br></strong>Ethos is a new expert network built by a McKinsey/SoftBank/DeepMind team and backed by world-leading investors like General Catalyst.
