About the Role

In this role, you will be making calls on behalf of a major health insurer to check in on customers and assist in gathering important medical information.
Schedule & Hours

Daily Shift: 8.5-hour workday (includes a 30-minute unpaid break) yielding 8 hours of paid work.

Operating Hours: Shifts are scheduled within a 12-hour window between 8:00 AM and 8:30 PM EST.

Flexibility: Some weekend availability is required.

Training: Schedule will vary depending on the project kickoff.
